7 August 2025: RFI responses released and Amendment 04 incorpoating an updated Statement of Work. Please disregard the amendment numbering. Amendment 01 and 03 extended the solicitation deadline, there is no amendment 02.

*UPDATE 30 July 2025: Solicitation deadline extended. Another update will be posted the week of 4 August 2025 including additional RFI responses. This will be the final amendment to the solicitation.*

All questions shall be submitted in writing by email to both the Contracting Specialist and the Contracting Officer by close of business 18 July 2025. Verbal questions shall NOT be accepted. Answers to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov. The government does not guarantee that questions received after deadline will be answered.
