Solicitation Description:

Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) isseeking bids to purchase one (1) FourStroke Outboard Motor, 250 horsepower (HP) with accessories and one (1) Counter-Rotating Four StrokeOutboard Motor, 250HP withaccessories per the following specifications dated November 2025.

Optional items are solicited but not required for award nor will they be considered in thetechnical scoring portion of the evaluation process but may be considered whendetermining best value award. This twin motor setup is intended to be installedby TPWD on a 27-foot Brunswick Challenger workboat equipped with a powersteering system and Raymarine p70s Autopilot.
