Description
Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park Georgia from qualified contractors for the City¿s Concrete Construction and Repair Services (Annual Contract). The work consists of the repair or removal of existing concrete sidewalk, driveways, gutters, and curb access ramps as needed to accommodate the replacements, layout of new work (including confirmation of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act), traffic control (as necessary), concrete forming and installation, and upon completion of the concrete work, restoration of the disturbed adjacent roadway and roadside areas.
