The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC)requires a qualified contractor to provide an e-book and audiobook mobileapplication (app) suitable for use by a consortium of Texas public libraries.Qualified vendors must also offer a marketplace of e-book and digital audiobookcontent from which TSLAC can purchase titles for the shared consortialcollection.
