Summary Details

The City of North Vancouver is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal from qualified consultants for the provision of professional services to prepare form and character design guidelines for residential, commercial and light industrial/employment areas of the city, including all written and visual components, as well as graphics and illustrations for draft zones which are to be included in the new Zoning Bylaw. The work will include form/massing testing of zones and guidelines using 3D massing modeling to test that the guidelines achieve desired design goals. Some support in the form of presentation materials for communications with staff, industry and public stakeholders is also required.    See attachment for details.
