The purpose of this Bid is to solicit qualified contractors to rehabilitate the property located at 1701 N. 19th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 as a part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
A Mandatory Site-Visit will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 1701 N. 19th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. All interested Bidders MUST attend this site visit in order for their bids to be considered. Anyone arriving after 11:15 A.M. will not be allowed to participate in the Bid process.
