The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, parts and materials to perform preventative maintenance service on one (1) Peak Shaving Generator. Inspections in the form of visual inspections and physical testing will be performed to ensure the system(s) are in the proper operating condition and to identify any impending generator failures.
Contract is base plus 4 years.
