This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION under the authority of RFO 12.102(b). Acquisition of Commercial Items under RFO Part 12 apply.

The work will be performed at NIH Bethesda Campus. The period of performance is intended to be 12 months. REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform work on the REES Monitoring Systems.
