Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this request for proposal is to select a contractor to provide a food service
sanitation system to the District’s Food and Nutrition Services Department, which includes:
sanitation products, regular service, chemicals, training, and related services for food service
operation to approximately 52 District facilities with additions, as needed. Pricing is solicited at a
firm fixed monthly cost per school to include compensation for all services and work performed,
including products.
Specifications and the quality standards of service set forth in this bid.
This proposal shall be awarded on an ALL OR NONE basis to the responsible proposer with the
highest evaluation score. Proposals recommending utilization of joint, consortium, or other
bids/contracts will be considered non-responsive.
NOTE: The Contractor must agree that during a declared disaster situation that any bid items with
a markup will be billed at actual cost without any mark-up permitted.
Use by Other Agencies:
It is anticipated that the following entities will also utilize this agreement.
1) Sarasota County Schools
2) Citrus County Schools
3) Hernando County School District
4) Leon County Schools
5) Pasco County Schools
6) School Board of Levy County
