1411804646 (IFB) 096-04 Oakridge WTP - HSP Replacement Project

The Scope of Services for this
project includes: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and constructing
a new electrical system (including a new auxiliary generator and fuel tank), a new
instrumentation and control system, replacing six (6) high service pumps and associated
piping and valving, modifying the discharge piping and valving for an existing water
supply well, installation of new sodium hypochlorite injection system (including
a vault, sump pump, and piping), constructing a new grinder pump station and force
main, cleaning and inspecting the existing pump station floor drain system, constructing
a new radio tower with new base and installing three new antennae with coax cables
(includes turnkey design, permitting, and construction), demolishing an existing
septic tank, demolition, lead paint abatement, painting, providing a temporary auxiliary
power generator, and all incidentals and related work as shown on the drawings and
specified herein.
