The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications.
1.1.1 Minimum 84-inch cutting width with hydraulic offset of at least 60 inches.
1.1.2 60 HP tractor compatibility
1.1.3 Hammer flail system with minimum 1.5-inch brush capacity
1.1.4 7-gauge fabricated housing
1.1.5 Minimum 75 HP rated gearbox with multi-belt drive
1.1.6 Full-width adjustable rear roller
1.1.7 Cutting angle range of at least +90° to -45°
1.1.8 Minimum reach of 7 feet offside of tractor
1.1.9 Complete safety guarding
1.1.10 Minimum weight 1200 lb
