Notice of Intent (NOI) - Kayenta Service Unit

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) facilities; Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Center, and Dennehotso Health Station, located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Dataray, Inc., UEI Number TE3GXAEKD5X7, for an Annual Software PM support system service that generates labels and wristbands with data directly from the facilities RPMS system. Period of Performance shall be a Base plus four (4) option years:

Base Year; 04/01/2025 – 03/31/2026

Option Year 1: 04/01/2026 – 03/31/2027

Option Year 2: 04/01/2027 – 03/31/2028

Option Year 3: 04/01/2028 – 03/31/2029

Option Year 4: 04/01/2029 – 03/31/2030

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Dataray, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required support services for the patients labels and wristbands in the Patient Registration, Laboratory, ER, and Out/Inpatient departments as it is utilized for labeling of prescriptions, lab testing, and radiology exams/other clinical visits.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Dataray, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Wednesday 03/12/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
