Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Vernal City Office located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, 84078, until Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Friday, January 10 at 11:00 am local time at Vernal City Office, located at 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, 84078. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
