935734 - Consulting Services for Building Replacement Values Process Review and Value Update

The City of Edmonton owns and operates many types of facilities to provide service delivery to Edmontonians. These buildings are varied and include facilities such as administrative office space, including office towers, ice arenas, aquatic facilities, and shops and yards. This sourcing event aims to update the building replacement value of the City’s owned buildings and also provide guidance on cost escalations and the process to be followed.

The Consultant will determine the best method to calculate building replacement values based on best practices, review all owned buildings to categorize them as prescribed, then place an updated building replacement value on each building, providing a before and after comparison of building replacement values.

The City will only accept bids submitted through the SAP Ariba platform.
