Request for Statement of Qualifications-Airport Design

The City of Gainesville requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for design and construction administration services at the Lee Gilmer Memorial Airport. Responding firms must possess current pre-qualification by the Georgia Department of Transportation in Area Classes 2.09 Airport Design, 2.09b Airport Electrical and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation. The required format and details for submitting the Statements of Qualifications may be obtained by email request to Lisa Poole at lpoole@gainesvillega.gov. This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked Airport Consulting Services - 2.09 Airport Design and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Qualifications must be received by the City of Gainesville, 300 Henry Ward Way, Suite 202, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 Attn: Lisa Poole by no later than 10:00 AM on October 17th, 2025.
