APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The work includes fabrication and load testing of one new turbine maintenance platform (TMP) for the Fort Gibson Powerhouse main unit turbines ready for installation as specified and as shown in the contract drawings. Deliver all fabricated items complete to the Fort Gibson Powerhouse. The TMP will be fabricated from aluminum and steel including, but not limited to, aluminum sheet and plate, extrusions, and structural shapes. Provide a competent assembly specialist during the first at-site assembly (this assembly will be performed by Project personnel). The assembly specialist will be responsible to clarify assembly instructions, check the assembly, and make any field adjustments necessary to correctly assemble the TMP.
