Notice of Intent to Award – Genius CE

Notice is hereby given by Keyano College (Keyano) of its intent to contract with Genius SIS, Inc. to provide a Continuing Education registration, payment, certificate and reporting platform. The College has chosen not to call for bids or proposals on the referenced title for the following reason:
Keyano has a ten (10) year enterprise agreement with Anthology for the DCTS ERP implementation effective July 2025. The ERP implementation is underway and is dependent on Anthology Student as the system of record. Anthology Student does not natively provide the required CE storefront/shopping-cart registration model. The contracted CE requirement requires non-credit course administration, streamlined registration payment (through Pay My Tuition platform), enrollment, automated certificates, refunds/cancellations, and CE-specific revenue/enrollment reporting.
Anthology identified Genius as the partner solution to meet this CE requirement with registration and payment at enrollment. Changing suppliers would create interoperability risk, implementation delay, and substantial duplication of integration costs.
