Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Project will replace aging lighting, carpet, and HVAC controls throughout facility. EIFS will be replaced on building exterior. Some rooms recently remodeled may have no work, see drawings.
Construction Cost Estimate: $750,000.00
