A public bid will occur at this time. Any bid proposals received after this date and time will be rejected. A 5% bid bond will be required for all bids. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before the contract can be awarded. CMBE reserves the right to select, re-advertise and/or reject any proposal for any reason. |
