RFI - BAIFA's Next Generation Express Lanes Toll System Open Host Data Platform

Project Description: The Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) invites your firm to submit information that will help inform BAIFA’s Next Generation Express Lanes Toll System Open Host Data Platform (Open Host). The first phase of the project will be to design, develop, and deploy an Open Host that will process high-volume transactional data for accurately tolling customers using the Express Lanes. The purpose of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to allow interested and qualified vendors (Respondents) to understand the broad scope of services needed by the Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA) as it evaluates options to procure a new Express Lanes Toll System Open Host Data Platform (Open Host). Vendors qualified to participate in the procurement will have experience in software development with a specialization in transaction processing.
