MN ARNG CRTC Contract Dining Facility

The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) requires a Full Food Service (FFS) contract to support tenet Units, the

Regional Training Institute, MN ARNG Training Units and other non- MN ARNG Customers. The Vendor will provide

meals for Government Subsistence-in-Kind (SIK) Soldiers to include field feeding meals and bag meals as required. The

Service will be performed at the Camp Ripley Training Center, Building 6-67, near Little Falls, Minnesota. The

significant difficulties involved in the contract include: 72-hour notice on number of customers per meal, unknown

number of walk-in cash customers, significant variance in number of customers from meal to meal and day to day. The

vendor is not required to pay for any equipment, utilities, or building usage. The Facility is located on a military

installation, vendor and vendors employees will require access to the installation.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR QUOTE and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being

requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal

Acquisition Circular, FAC 2025-01.

THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), Commercial

Services, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded. Task Orders will be issued once

monthly for the estimated/anticipated meal requirements for that month.
