Remediation at 273 Riverside Avenue
Remediation of approximately 75 cubic yards of contaminated fill at 273 Riverside Avenue, that requires excavation and transportation to a licensed disposal facility. This project is funded by a grant from the State of CT Department of Economic and Community Development. Accordingly, the awarded contractor shall be subject to state requirements, including but not limited to the requirements of CGS § 31-53 et seq. prevailing wage rate laws, and state set-aside (CHRO) and contract compliance requirements.
