Project Title: Request for Proposal / Market Classification and Benefits Study
Description: The City of Winston-Salem is seeking the services of a qualified agency to conduct a comprehensive Market Compensation and Benefits Study. The primary goal is to ensure that the City maintains a competitive and equitable classification and compensation system necessary to be the employer of choice for its new and existing workforce. It will guide the Management to make data-driven decisions regarding salary structures, job classifications and compensation and benefits packages. The study will be conducted in partnership with the Human Resources Department over a three-year period. Each year, roughly one-third of the total job classifications of the City will be reviewed, with all positions evaluated over the three-year period.
