Lac La Biche County (the 'County') is seeking submissions from qualified firms for the
provision and implementation of several enterprise systems. The County is currently
subscribed to Serenic Software (formerly Bellamy Software) provided by Sylogist, which is
approaching end-of-life. The County is seeking solutions to replace the capabilities
currently available in Serenic while also expanding its overall digital capabilities.
