ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS:
Turner Construction Company requests sealed bids from prequalified construction trade and specialty
contractors for Early Release bid packages on the RCCC TEC (AMB & CCP) project in Salisbury, NC: 03a
(CIP Concrete); 05a (Structural Steel & Misc. Metals); 22a (Underground Plumbing); 23a (HVAC
Equipment); 23c (Geothermal); 26a (Electrical Equipment & Underground Conduits); 31a (Sitework,
Exterior Improvements, Storm Drainage & Utilities).
Bid Due: On or before Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
Delivery: Sealed bids must be delivered to the bid box at Turner Construction Company, 4135 S. Stream
Blvd., Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28217. Following receipt, bids will be opened and publicly read. The
opening will be accessible to all interested parties via video conference. The state reserves the
unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
