The CONTRACTOR shall provide a Foreign Material Oversight and Control for the Dry Fuel Storage Program in accordance with District procedure and, as appropriate, Contractor's internal process at the Nebraska Public Power District’s (DISTRICT) Cooper Nuclear Station located at 72676 648A Ave, Brownville, Nebraska.
