Water Reclamation Facility 2026 Phase I Effluent Force Main

City of Arcade is requesting sealed bids for the construction of Water Reclamation Facility 2026 Phase I Effluent Force Main. Sealed bids will be received no later than November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time) at Arcade City Hall, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549. Bids received after the deadline or delivered to any location other than City Hall will not be considered. Immediately following the deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of approximately 19,000 linear feet of 10¿ PVC effluent force main and all related appurtenances. Bid Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Arcade, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549 (Owner) and PeoplesQuigley | DCCM, 6059 Boylston Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30328 (Engineer). Copies may be obtained by contacting PeoplesQuigley | DCCM at (404) 255-2650. A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set is required. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the bid opening. Upon receipt of payment, contractors will be added to the official Plan Holders List and will be eligible to submit a bid. Note: Although the engineering firm operates as PeoplesQuigley | DCCM, the legal business name is Rochester & Associates, Inc. All checks must be made payable to Rochester & Associates, Inc. and mailed to 425 Oak Street NW, Gainesville, GA 30501. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held October 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at City Hall, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549. Immediately following, a site visit will be conducted at the project gate on Holiday Cemetery Road, across from the Red Stone Subdivision.
