Process

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Serivces (DAS) is soliciting for the purchase of Atlassian Statuspage Business level annual subscription.

The State of Ohio's Standard Terms and Conditions apply. Exhibit I Atlassian Government End User Agreement and Exhibit II Government Amendment of ACQ1049, along with the Statuspage product specific terms, are applicable to the use of Statuspage and no other terms and conditions are accepted by DAS. Please see the documents attached to this solicitation.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for an additional three years.
