The 42nd Avenue Lift Station relies on an emergency backup generator for tunnel operations. This project replaces aging generator equipment with a new outdoor unit and includes minor building modifications to accommodate the upgrade.
Submission DetailsRespondents must submit Quotes electronically on SAP ARIBA. To submit a Quote in response to the RFQ, a Respondent must be a registered supplier in the SAP Ariba Business Network portal. To register or log in, Respondents should go to https://service.ariba.com/. Once registered and logged in, Respondent suppliers can view the RFQ details by clicking on the event link. Quotes must be submitted electronically on SAP ARIBA on or before the Submission Deadline. The submission receipt provided electronically by SAP ARIBA upon submission of a Quote will indicate the date and time of submission. Quote submission is to be completed by navigating to the Event Contents page and using the “Attach a File” link of the “RFX Information and Supplier Submission” section. Once the bid response is attached Respondents must use the "Submit Entire Response" button. Quotes that do not comply with the above instructions will not be considered.
Question Submission DetailsQuestions must be submitted to The City on or before the Deadline for Questions by going online to the Ariba portal and using the Event Messages.
Bid SecurityConsent of Surety to furnish a contract performance bond and labour and material payment bond upon award for 50% of the Total Quote Price.

The site visit is **mandatory** and will be held on Jul 28th at 9am SMT.
Required PPE: class 2 safety boots, safety vest, safety glasses.
