Title: Parks Entrance Sign Rebranding
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 9/11/2026
Due Date: 10/8/2026
This project is important because it brings consistent, modern branding to every park entrance, strengthening the City’s visual identity and creating a unified look across the entire park system. The work presents challenges, including varied existing sign conditions, differing aesthetics, and the need to ensure brand accuracy while coordinating fabrication and installation across 41 locations. The project will truly “knock the ball out of the park” if it delivers perfectly consistent branding, high‑quality and durable fabrication, clean installation that preserves existing structures, and a crisp, professional appearance that immediately elevates the look and feel of every City park.
New: Electronic Bid Bond Submission Available
To improve efficiency and reduce paperwork, the City of Port St. Lucie now accepts Electronic Bid Bonds (eBonds) through approved electronic surety platform - Surety2000. Contractors may choose to submit a hard‑copy Bid Bond or an eBond, provided all requirements in this solicitation are met. Please see Section 5.1 - Bonds and/or Letter of Credit, Permits.
