Description
The City of Baxley, Georgia, seeks qualified engineering firms to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for a Downtown Beautification/Infrastructure Project. This initiative aims to enhance the stormwater system and revitalize the downtown area with improved streetscapes, green spaces, public art, lighting, and street furniture, creating a vibrant, welcoming space that encourages community engagement and economic growth.
The selected firm will assess existing conditions, propose sustainable designs, provide cost estimates, and develop a phased implementation plan. Proposals are due by February 14, 2025, and must include the firm¿s qualifications, project approach, schedule, and cost estimate.
