The Alberta iGaming Corporation is a Crown corporation created in 2025; its mandate is to conduct and manage Alberta’s competitive, regulated online gaming market. By partnering with trusted operators, AiGC will ensure a safe, regulated, and entertaining digital experience for all players.
To support its operations, AiGC is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning solution including implementation and ongoing support. AiGC requires a secure, hosted, solution built on industry best practices and capable of being configured to meet its specific requirements.
Proposals must be submitted as an email attachment to: proposals@acmeprocurement.ca; submissions by other methods will not be accepted.
The subject line of the email should read “AiGC NRFP 001 [vendor name]”. The body of the email does not form part of the proposal. There is an attachment size limit of 25 MB per email. If multiple emails are required, the number of the email and the total number of emails (e.g. “email 1 of 2”) should be clearly indicated in the subject or body.
Proposals should follow the format and numbering as indicated in the RFP. Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files may not be accessible or evaluated.
