Bid 25-92-3320 Molly View Point Water Line Upgrade

The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025 for the following:

The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Construction services for the Forsyth County ¿ Molly View Point Water Line Upgrade including the following major components:

1.        New approximately 2,000-ft transmission main along Molly View Point from stub-out on Mayfield Drive to stub-out at Molly View Tank.
2.        Associated paving and other improvements.
3.        Provision of project record documents, including drawings, operations and maintenance manuals and other documents.

Non-Mandatory Pre¿Bid Meeting: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at the Forsyth County Department of Water and Sewer, Molly View Point Water Tank, 6850 Molly View Point, Cumming, GA 30041.

All work to be completed within 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.

All firms must be licensed in Georgia, maintain a full¿time office in Georgia, and have a registered agent in Georgia. In order to perform public work, the Contractor and its Subcontractors, prior to the award of Contract shall hold such licenses as required by State Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations.

Bids shall only be accepted online through the EUNA Portal.
The bid opening will be at 2:30 p.m., November 20, 2025 at Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, Georgia.
