Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide disaster response and recovery services for cultural collections belonging to the State of Utah's cultural institutions.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: Proposals that meet the Technical Threshold of 550/800 points move to Cost Evaluation. 650/1000 total points is required to be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: 5 (five) Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee: .50% (one half of one percent)
