All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.
Project Description: Provide general custodial cleaning services for city offices. Services include routine cleaning and maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The vendor shall ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all city employees and visitors during agreed-upon hours.
