An addendum has been issued for the Request for Proposals ( RFP ) for Demolition & Abatement Services dated March 30, 2026. Addendum #1 provides responses to bidder questions and clarifications regarding utility connections, existing site conditions, scope of work requirements, and other project-specific details for the three included properties.

Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that submissions will be received by the Albany County
Land Bank Corporation (the “Land Bank” or “ACLB”) to provide demolition and
abatement services for up to THREE residential buildings in the City of Albany. This
Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is a competitive process designed to serve the Land
Bank’s best interests and to provide rms a fair opportunity for consideration of their
services. The request is open to all qualied Contractors able to deliver all
requirements specied in this RFP. Proposals should address the proposal
requirements for the services. All proposals will be treated as condential and
reviewed only by the Land Bank. Proposals must be received by the Land Bank
oces located at 111 Washington Avenue, Suite 601, Albany NY 12210, no later than
2:00pm on the date and time listed in the header of this RFP.
