Contractor shall provide a landfill disposal site for non-compacted refuse, green waste (excluding tree stumps) and construction waste (to include concrete asphalt and concrete) generated from various projects and programs along the State Highways and Right-of-Ways in the District 11 Santee Maintenance area in the County of San Diego.
