- Summary:The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is for the George Washington Regional Commission (GWRC) to solicit Qualifications to establish a list of prequalified contractors to provide construction repair or replacement quotes for services as described herein from licensed and insured Contractors for Septic Services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The objective of this opportunity is to assist homeowners in repairing or replacing onsite sewage systems, straight pipes or privies and connect to public sewer when available. Work will be determined for individual projects based on a defined scope of services. No projects have been identified, nor is there a guarantee as to the amount of work or dollar amounts that will be authorized. Qualified Contractors will be required to bid on individual projects solicited by the GWRC from a qualified contractors’ list. It is the desire to qualify multiple Contractors for various projects for grant period July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
