The purpose of this communication is to identify curriculum resources for the Chandler Unified School District’s Secondary (Grades 6-8) Math Adoption as described in the scope of work. The curriculum resources adoption intends to procure comprehensive, research-based math curriculum resources for the secondary students of Chandler Unified School District.
Background
The Chandler Unified School District currently operates 32 elementary schools, seven Junior High Schools, six High Schools, one 6-12 online academy, and three alternative schools. The district serves approximately 41,000 students (with grades 6-8 broken down below) and has a staff of approximately 5,000.
