PICKLEBALL COURT RESURFACING AND CRACK REPAIR

The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids from interested parties to provide the Pickleball Court Resurfacing and Crack Repair.

Sealed General Contract bids will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, until 2:00 PM on February 9, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Conference Room A at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

The work includes structural crack repair and resurfacing of outdoor pickleball courts at the Flax Pond Recreation Area, 31 Dupont Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. The Work must be fully completed no later than May 1, 2026.

Bid documents will be available beginning January 22, 2026, at the Town of Yarmouth website: https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx .

A bid deposit equal to 5% of the Bid Price is required.

The bidding and award of this contract shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c.30, §39M.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities if it is in the best interest of the Town.
