Window and Power Washing-Richmond Campus

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Facilities Management Division, is soliciting bids from qualified bidders to provide labor, materials and equipment required to clean approximately 130,119 square feet of window glass, including 345 square feet of spandrel glass, cleaning at the CDPH Richmond Campus. Additionally, the contractor shall perform power washing of the landings and buildings, as further detailed in Exhibit A, Scope of Work.

CDPH intends to make a single contract award to the most responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest cost.

Bids must address all the services described in the Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work.
