Blue House Road, Weber Blvd, and Weber Interchange Grounds Maintenance

Sealed bids for the Grounds Maintenance Services at North Charleston Blue House Road, Weber Blvd, and Weber Interchange will be received by the City of North Charleston Procurement Department until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 2 ^nd , 2026 , at North Charleston City Hall, 3 ^rd Floor, Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406.

This solicitation is a Best Value Bid . Best value bidding is a hybrid form of the invitation for bids which allows factors other than price to be considered in the determination of award for specific goods or services, based on pre-determined criteria identified below. Only the names of participating vendors will be released at bid opening.

This solicitation has a mandatory Prebid meeting and walk of the property due to the complexity of the Weber interchange. Maps are not inclusive of the interchange. Only an overview of where the interchange is located. Contractors will meet City staff at the corner of Weber Blvd and Blue House Road to walk the property. The Mandatory Prebid will be Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10:00AM.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
