Final Questions and Answers Question 1: Is this a brand-new contract or is there an incumbent performing these services? Government Response: Citadel Federal Solutions LLC. Question 2: What is the contract number? What is the annual value of the existing contract? Government Response: 36C25924P0245. We will not be sharing the annual value during the solicitation phase. Question 3: How can a site visit be arranged? Government Response: Unfortunately, we cannot host site visits during the solicitation process. Question 4: Would you confirm that the VA will provide all consumables? Government Response: The government will provide all supplies for cleaning of the areas. Each area has a housekeeping closet minus. The housing units do not have supplies; therefore, the contractor must carry housekeeping supplies from the closets to the housing units. The supplies must be returned to the appropriate closets after use. Question 5: Will supplies will be provided by the Sheridan VA, housekeeping section to perform the terms of the contract? I.E. Includes all of the equipment (vacuums, brooms, rags, spray bottles, etc.) and implements required for cleaning and for taking care of spills, etc. does that also encompass any PPE that may need to be worn for eliminating an episode with Blood Borne Pathogens present or bodily fluids? Government Response: Yes, gloves and face shield will be provided in case of a BBP spill. Question 6: Can you please provide a more exact breakdown for the pricing? Government Response: The contractor should decide on how to complete the requirements. It is up to the contractor to cover all the areas in the contract so the numbers are the contractor s solution presented in the proposal. Question 7: What is the current contract amount? If you are unable to provide the current contract amount, what is the current budget your agency has for this project? Government Response: Please provide a quote that best fits the work being requested. Question 8: Square Footage for each location? Government Response: This information is provided in the SOW listed with the solicitation. Note: No additional questions will be answered at this time.
