The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for Janitorial Services for
EIGHT (8) Caroline County buildings. The scope of work included but is not limited to janitorial services for
the below building along with ADDITIONAL EXTRA CLEANING that consists of but is not limited to window
washing and floor waxing and carpet shampooing.

* Human Resources
* Department of Public Works
* Health & Public Services (HAPS)
* Sheriff's Office

https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx. Printed copies of the RFP, drawings, and bid forms may be obtained
from the Caroline County Department of Finance at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629. Refer to

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 9/21/2026 @ 9:00AM at the County Courthouse located at
109 Market Street , MD 21629. Bidders are required to attend. Questions regarding this RFP should be
directed to Kevin Brown, Facilities Superintendent, Caroline County Department of Public Works, by email at
kbrown@carolinemd.org by noon on 9/28/2026.
Bids must be received in the office of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street,
Denton, Maryland 21629, ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 9:00 am,10/7/2026, where they will be
publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
