Project Description: This project includes the removal and replacement of
Manhole 2831 located within South Lake Stevens Road just north of 20th Street SE.
Work for this project will include the removal and wastehauling of the existing manhole,
and the furnishing and installation of a new sanitary sewer manhole. Other work includes
the sawcutting and replacement of pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway, as
well as surface restoration. This project requires traffic control as one lane of South Lake
Stevens Road will be closed during construction.
