The contract shall include delivery of two new, fully assembled electric scissor lifts, explanation of required training, training to at least two site staff (per lock) (4 minimum)) at Lock and Dam 5 and 5A, full explanation of maintenance / inspection schedule, a rigging plan to lift it with an overhead lifting device, operations and maintenance manual, and parts manual.
