Underwater Training Targets Support Services

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement type contract under FAR Part 12, Acqusition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Subpart13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts; and FAR Subpart 19.5, Small Business Total Set-Asides, Partial Set-Asides, and Reserves. This service is for Underwater Training Target Support Services in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit TWO (EODTEU TWO).

The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site SAM.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 07 April 2025.

A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at the SAM.gov website as follows: www.sam.gov on or around 07 April 2025. Potential contractors are hereby notfied that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submiting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM)database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
