Synopsis:
|
|
Submissions marked "RFP-2026-131-02 – Cold Storage Building" will be received by RM of Baildon NO. 131 no later than 2:00:00 p.m., on Wednesday April 8, 2026.
This procurement is for construction of a new cold storage building at the following location:
SE 20-15-26 W2 (adjacent to Highway #2, south of Moose Jaw)
The successful proponent will provide for all the necessary labour, equipment, and materials necessary to carry out the construction of the new building. The specifications includes the following:
40’x 80’ x16‘cold storage pole building
Two 14’ x 20’ overhead doors with 1 panel with windows on each door
Two 36” steel walk-in doors, with deadbolts, located beside the overhead doors.
Five 20” x 30” windows on the south wall
Concrete pads beneath all overhead doors and walk-in doors
Eavestrough with downspouts
Electrical service, including interior lighting and exterior lights above each overhead door.
Interior (4) and exterior (2) electrical outlets
