Project Description: Work of the Project includes the construction of a biomass heating system complete with chip feed system (with a frame supported membrane structure for storage of the chips) to serve the Nulato water treatment plant and K-12 school. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with constructing and installing biomass boilers.
Note 1: Specification Section 01 74 19 Part 3.1. does not apply to this project.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $1,000,000 – $1,250,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of October 31, 2026 and final completion date of November 30, 2026.
Award Statement:
The bid form includes two options for this project. Both options are the same project but the Option B provides a different type of boiler than Option A. ANTHC will select the lump sum option that fits the project budget.
