Digital Drive/Controller

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, DOC Operations Branch intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Aerotech, Inc; 101 Zeta Drive. Pittsburgh, PA 15238 to provide a Digital Drive/Controller for United States Electronic Proving Grounds at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Provide Controllers to allow for azimuth and elevation movement in the Large Arc, Small Arc, Compact Range, Red & White Tower, and East Turntable at the Antenna Test Facility (ATF).

The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 (b), Soliciting from a single source (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to complete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
